Our 3D virtual tours means potential buyers and tenants can walk through your home, while sitting in theirs. They will be more familiar with the home and floorplan, rather than relying on photos alone.

Pre-qualified Buyers

Buyers will be asked if they have completed the virtual tour first, and if they are finance approved. We will also ask if they have any flu like symptoms.

Private Inspections

There are no open homes and inspections will be limited to two people at a time.

Better Sanitisation and Hygiene Practices

We supply hand sanitiser at the front door for all inspections with door handles, light switches and surfaces disinfected after the inspections.
