About James Seymour

There’s not many suburbs of Albury that James doesn’t have a connection to, or can't recall a childhood memory about. Born in Albury, and growing up in Lavington, North Albury and Table Top, James has always loved the diversity of Albury’s homes, and is passionate about local real estate. He’s renovated two classic Central Albury red bricks in recent years, and now resides in the tightly-held area of Norris Park. After an extensive sales & marketing career spanning over 20 years, including 5 years as Area Manager for Realestate.com.au., James knows the local real estate market facts, figures, trends and projections inside out. Since becoming PJ Murphy’s Albury Sales Manager, James has helped many local buyers and sellers of Albury and surrounds realise their property dreams. Away from work James enjoys nothing more than relaxing times with family and friends. He is a passionate sports fan with Aussie Rules Football and Horse Racing his favourite pastimes.
